From usenet to twitter - INPROMO's 10th anniversary

It was 1999: Famous german tennis player Boris Becker is starring in a tv commercial happily announcing he is finally on-line, our search engine is altavista and we auction at Alando. It is the time of web 1.0 optimism.

Unbelievable, but true: We have been realizing online-campaigns for our customers for 10 years now. We will celebrate this anniversary with all our customers and business partners on the 27th of February in our business premises near the Deichtorhallen museum in Hamburg's city centre.

AMBIENT MOTION PICTURES BY QI.TV

Qi.tv's multimedia installations turn static telescreens into animated tableaus. Their pieces are fuelled by video art, music clips and vj-culture. They are thus an enchanting alternative to the inflationary utilized open fireplaces and fish aquariums.

We will show examples of their work on our anniversary celebration with the kind support of our customer Senator Entertainment, who released eleven DVDs in a special edition.

MARLIS JAHNKE IS SPEAKER ON NEW TV CONGRESS IN HAMBURG

The Hamburg public-private initiative for IT, Media and telecommunications Hamburg@work hosts the regular conference series newTV, giving insight and outlook into the fast moving section of digital tv and moving pictures.

"TROPIC THUNDER" ONLINE-COOPERATION WITH MYDAYS

Within our online campaign for Ben Stiller's vietnam war satire movie that will be released on dvd this month we put together the partners Paramount Home Entertainment, the leading adventure provider Mydays and the comedy site chilloutzone.de.

Besides the dvd the specials highlight are free vouchers from Mydays for tank driving.

Since the 1st of January Matthias supports our Social Media Marketing Team. Matthias is an apprenticed assistant publishing manager and
just finished his social studies. Moreover, he worked as a junior-pr-consultant for Hedinger Communications in Hamburg.
